Seasoned Potatoes

I just made these last night and they were very tasty.

Scrub the potatoes of your choice - I used red potatoes. Cut in chunks (leave the peels on.) Rinse in a bowl of cold water or in a colander. In a gallon sized ziploc bag combine ground cumin, garlic powder and chicken boullion powder in equal parts. (Depending on how many taters you have, start with about 2 TB each.) Sprinkle in some paprika or whatever else sounds good. Throw in the potatoes and shake them until well coated. Drizzle in some olive oil and shake again. Spread the taters out in a baking dish and pop 'em in the oven. Bake until tender. I put them in at 350, but next time I'll try 400.
